Appreciated the way my suite was arranged with lovely finishing touches, comfortable bed, for example. I had an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware. The staff were really helpful and welcoming and the location was top in the heart of Palermo.

Overall it was brand-new, with a private bathroom.

Great location, we were close to centre of the city. Just a 15-minute walk away there was Pimlico tube station. The room was reasonably spacious and luxurious and come with a private safe, a mini bar, and a sofa bed.

We got a room with a bidet. The breakfast included coffee, croissants, and pastries.

The location was not so great.

The rooms were well-equipped and brand-new, included a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioner. It had a bathtub in the large bathroom. The location was nice and top, short walk to the main pedestrian area, restaurant and sightseeing advice and vibrant Palermo.

The suite is luxurious and has a mini-bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. The employees are amicable and attentive.

The hotel had a marvellous location right at an ancient chapel.

The accommodation had a central location in the middle of the city. Moreover, it's next to vibrant Palermo, the cathedral and the main pedestrian area.
