We stayed in an amazingly comfortable room with garden views, the staff were amicable and competent.

This place was nice in general with a helpful staff team. We took a twin room and it had a safe, a mini bar, and central heating. We loved wake-up service available. The hotel met what was needed.

Overall it was comfy, with a private bathroom. Friendly and professional staff, provided useful info.

The breakfast with home made cakes. Central heating, a work desk and a TV set available in the twin room. Magnificent location, just a short stroll away from a monumental fountain.

The staff has always been affable and professional. Make sure you stay in the twin/double room with the view of the garden.

The hotel is the best base for an easter in Palermo. Nice people are working there. Would recomand to anyone to stay here.
