The staff was genuinely helpful and caring - I will come back. The rooms were bright and neat with wine as well as snacks. The location was good, a 10-15 minute walk from Massimo Theater. I loved that it is set minutes from the train station.

The staff was very friendly and caring all day long. The double room with snacks, wine, as for instance was ideal for our trip. A microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge were available in the kitchen.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requests, strongly recommend it. All the staff was excellent and caring, fixed my issues. The vibe here was quiet. The location was great and incredible, just a short walk away from a venerable palace...

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

No reason to complain, the venue exceeded high expectations. We were in an unbeatable and fantastic location just a short stroll away from an architecturally diverse church.
