Simply no complaint, very pleasant stay. Fairly clean place & incredible and welcoming staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a mini fridge bar, an individual safe and air conditioner. Luxurious bathrooms with a bath. Easy enough to find, in the centre of Palermo. Plus, very close to Palazzo Valguarnera Gangi.

Recommend it as we had a pleasant experience here. Everything was perfect, personnel was helpful and efficient. The room was romantic, the location was unbeatable and excellent. Great to be 500 metres away from Il Chioschetto, enjoyed our meal there.

Perfectly pleasant experience there. Upscale and quiet little accommodation with magnificent setting just off superb restaurants, all attractions of Palermo, and the tram lines. Helpful and efficient staff throughout our stay. A great selection of fabulous food at breakfast time: )

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, an electronic key card, a work desk and a multi-channel television. The location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from an important street. Further, it was close enough to superb restaurants, the airport and the train station and bus terminal.

I had SUCH WONDERFUL days staying at this brand-new hotel. The venue was fairly clean, everything was great. The rooms were incredible, included an electronic key card, a work desk and a multi-channel television, I liked it. The beds with feather pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous, at a walking distance from Food Market. Furthermore, the area was touristic. A train station was next to the venue.
