Actually everything was brand-new. The staff was flexible and affable at all times. The room we had was perfect and spacious, came with good sized bathroom. The breakfast had something for everyone - toast, pastries and yoghourt. It was business trip and we would like to stay here on the next trip.

Everything was simply perfect. Our stay here was VERY ENJOYABLE, welcome base for exploring Palermo. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice for getting around, as a train station was walk from the hotel. On top of that, restaurants and bars were close to the property. The personal was flexible.

We were in the deluxe double room with a mini bar fridge, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. We really loved our coffee with goodies at Caffetteria del Corso. Had opportunity to use ironing at no cost...

came in palermo to relax and have fun, this hotel was relaxing base for doing it. got superior triple room as expected, loved it. the property met requests, i will be back.
