Everything was great - impressive rooms and large breakfasts. All the staff were extremely great. It had marvellous and perfect location with access to an archaeological museum nearby. The hotel was in a nice area.

Everything was excellent, had a REALLY REALLY NICE stay for another 4 nights. The room was nicely furnished and spotless, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet. The breakfast was excellent for leftover pizza, with a huge variety of food. The location was great and perfect for walking around Massimo Theater.

Their staff were not that friendly.

The unit we got was big and really huge with good selection at very reasonable prices, balcony and a bedroom. The location was great and unbeatable for walking around Massimo Theater.

The breakfast was sensational and adequate for leftover pizza, the best I had in Palermo. The hotel's location was perfect, in Central Palermo with a mall and a market within walking distance. Ruggero Settimo district was worth exploring.

location: the hotel was right by all main attractions: massimo theater, cathedral, la vucciria, piazza capo as well as more up market. street food restaurant osteria lo bianco was located 10 minutes walk away.
