The staff were amiable and were always there to help. The location was magnificent and lovely, for example, a 17th-century church was relatively near the hotel.

Location: the hotel was so close to bus terminal, and the center of Palermo. All the staff was really helpful, solved my issues. My twin room was reasonably large and huge with good shower.
