Besides, the location was excellent and absolutely perfect for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of an architecturally diverse church.

The setting was quite particularly good and magnificent within easy reach of Massimo Theater.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was horrible.

The location is excellent and absolutely perfect and the hotel is exceptionally clean. They offer decent sized, bright rooms with storage space, coffee making facilities, comfortable beds. Extremely helpful and very friendly staff who provided good service, everything is really good.

It overlooked street. The location was perfect, at a medium distance from Massimo Theater. There was a great restaurant, a main shopping street and shopping streets next door.

Lovely hotel rooms with a very good air conditioning system. Marvellous and amazing location at a short distance from Piazza Castelnuovo. Walking distance to a main shopping street and shops across the street.

We thoroughly enjoyed exceptional service offered. The lovely and great staff was much appreciated. The location was great, and we could reach Piazza Politeama by walking.

The venue is stylish and incredibly beautiful, its location is magnificent, very close to very nice restaurants and high end stores as well as Palermo's shopping strip Via Ruggero Settimo. The dinner in the traditional restaurant is what you need. Thank you, so I would love to come back here some time.

We greatly enjoyed an excellent and absolutely perfect location really close to Palermo's shopping strip Via Ruggero Settimo, centre of city centre, and the opera house and decent restaurants. A mini bar fridge, air conditioner and an individual safe in our classic queen room were useful during stay.

The room was excellant and quite large. A cabinet and a bed where a bonus. We visited fontana della vergogna that was near the hotel. We appreciated plaza opera so we will be returning here soon❤

The location was VERY CONVENIENT, with salun food experience nearby, where we could eat. The hotel met our requirements.
