Had very enjoyable stay during our first 2 nights in Sicily, the staff were knowledgeable, location was excellent to the restaurant they allegedly booked for us. Really truly enjoyed staying there, we do recommend the hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly, very attentive, and responded promptly to requests. We got a brand-new room and friendly service. In addition, the parking was nearby. Wonderful location in the center of Palermo convenient to everything was a plus. Plus, it was close enough to the square as well as the street market areas and the luxury boutiques.

We would stay here again, truly enjoyed its wonderful location. The property is fairly clean and unique. Great restaurant, fab food, people working here are very attentive. It offers terrific services and has a delicious breakfast choices. Besides, parking is nearby.

Breakfast was lovely, magnificent views, good location short walk to the major visitor attractions and sights of interest, valley of the temples and the Massimo Theatre, which is worth to visit. The staff were superfriendly and our room was well-appointed and freshly decorated.

Amazing, magnificent location in Palermo, right by the shops, bars and restaurants of both old and new Palermo, the plaza of the Massimo Theatre and the historical centre of Palermo. Besides, easy to get to Massimo Theater. Beautifully decorated unit with a view.

The nicest place to stay when traveling to Palermo. We took a double room and it had a minibar, a coffeemaker and a work desk. All of the staff was HELPFUL and attentive to guests.

we thoroughly enjoyed it. we spend out time perfectly in this great hotel. the downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. we found nice bar capriccio nearby with hot beverages.
