Incredibly beautiful and cool place, great for trip. Huge and modern unit with modern warm touches, accommodating staff. Location - marvellous, so close to neighborhoods like most large, and a very vibrant market where the locals shop.

Tastefully decorated room with 2 bathrooms, the phone at, for example and enjoyable and pleasant enough breakfast to start the day. Modern design.

Fairly quiet and huge unit with view of old library, magnificent bathroom, as example. Great and brilliant location minutes away from The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

Please let the very-very nice staff know of my gratefulness for a nice stay. It has airy and unique rooms with a small balcony and a seating area. The breakfast choices are nice and very pleasant. Perfect service and the food is outstanding.

The hotel was original, had incredible views and ideal location adjacent to main street with restaurants as well as Palermo's restaurants. The staff were lovely friendly and knowledgeable, offered good services. Superior king room was nicely furnished and new-fashioned had hypoallergenic pillows. The breakfast was wonderful and pleasant enough, included pastries and eggs to get the day started.

The restaurant was super for dinner, I tried wonderful dishes. The bedroom was comfortable and every detail was good. It had marvellous and brilliant location right at a 17th-century church. Located in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were very, very nice.

Local area, very central location close to a Chinese restaurant, getting to tourist areas of Palermo, and centre of historical part of town. Enjoyable and pleasant enough breakfast selection with gluten free products which was great and good coffee, for instance. Welcoming, incredibly nice people working here.

Generally the service was very good! Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Convenient location, colourful area. Nearby Bar di Maria Agata - great place to chill out.

Got superior king room with lively paintings and good quality bed linen plus a balcony as expected. Walk from the central railway station, the location was excellent and wonderful, in a different area of Palermo. The services were excellent.

The restaurant was particularly good with a very good breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. The decor was nice and the staff were competent. The location of the hotel was convenient and perfect - around 10-15 minutes walk from a domed Norman-era church. Also, the area was colourful.

It was a nice little and tasteful hotel, nesteled in a sophisticated building. The location was great and brilliant for walking around Market Ballaro. There was a great restaurant, a market and local markets next door.

We had a comfortable bedroom. This location was marvellous, just off all major sights as well as Palermo. The restaurant was located within 200 metres.

I have stayed in classic queen room with up-to-date amenities, old library, for instance for 2 nights. Having a shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries was a bonus. The service was very good, that made the hotel peaceful place...

Sincerely, it was a really really nice stay for two nights. The hotel had a very central location and it was close to Chiesa di Santa Chiara.

Easy walk to da umberto a ballaro, where you can have lunch. 40 minutes drive to the airport. We recommend, to anyone staying in Palermo...
