Bright rooms with a quiet atmosphere, amicable staff. Very nice modern facilities, exceptionally comfortable bed.

I didn't want to leave, so can recommend this hotel. Everything was amazing, competent staff, exceptionally nice location not far from a public garden, the port and old Town, and Palermo train station. The superior apartment was exceptionally clean with great WiFi, all the amenities, for instance.

The hotel was centrally located and next to a train station. We booked apartment, it was amazing. We had a really enjoyable trip and would stay there again;)))

The room was comfortable and had coffee and a lounge as pictured in advertising. Plus it had mountain view. The place was centrally positioned, only a short distance to Church Street.

We stayed 9 nights and it was an enjoyable fit. The staff was competent and responsive to what we asked for.

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved my choice. The staff was superfriendly, very helpful all the time. Incredible location literally right next to the train station, and the rooms were incredible and cool. It was centrally located for seeing a prominent baroque-style church.

Everything there were amazing, including VERY NICE MODERN facilities. The hotel was centrally located near the center, the city centre, and both the train station & Palermo's historic old town. Our deluxe apartment was incredible and bright, had street view. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

The staff team was amiable at any time. The hotel location was unbeatable in the city centre. It was also next to the central bus/train station, the bus terminus and the bustling markets.

Everything was perfect during 7 days, greatly enjoyed its magnificent and incredible location short walk to train / tram / bus stations, Palermo's and the central station. The people working in the hotel were affable and competent.
