I will choose it for sure next trip thanks to central location. Grand old place all in all, has AMICABLE staff from waiter.

Had central location close to the bus stop. The staffs were helpful and the service was exceptional.

My favourite property in Palermo. Reasonably large and huge rooms in an old world style, free Wi-Fi. The breakfasts with minimal local specialties. Great and amazing location to Massimo Theater. Good restaurant at a walking distance from the hotel.

Poor bathroom, quite small room.

We had a really really nice experience. Property was luxurious, with pleasant staff and perfect location close to the shops and restaurants. Our room was very traditional in an old world style, just what was needed. The terrific service and the attention to detail!

Particularly good and amazing location, it was very close to the restaurant and bar. Great service, though a few employees were surly. The food on offer at continental breakfast was fantastic.

Everything was excellent, I loved my stay. Exceptional service, provided by the helpful staff. I was given well decorated and well-equipped room with the internet, a nice balcony and an old world style. The food was fab, with a great selection of options. The breakfast was large and plentiful, the check in was smooth.

Magnificent and wonderful location to the bus stop from the airport, good for visiting Palermo. Really close to city center, public transportation and local restaurants and Cefalu on a day trip.

Fairly clean place accompanied by really helpful and top-class staff. Tastefully decorated and well-equipped rooms with a nice balcony, the internet plus an old world style, outstanding breakfasts. A wide array of food available in the dining room. Absolutely perfect and comfortable location in Palermo, short walk to restaurant and the new center and the shopping area. Exceptional service throughout. Easy parking onsite.

The hotel's location was central, in the passenger drop off area for a while. What's more, it was near Close to the shops, buses to centre and airport shuttle and the city center.

It was a luxury place, had excellent staff from waiter. Location: the hotel was just next door to restaurants, Cefalu on a day trip and the centre.

All in all, it was excellent home base for travelling to Palermo. Helpful and good looking staff. My room was with a bathtub, a plus for me...

Planned to see Palermo major attractions and it was ideal place for visiting all of them. The breakfasts were great! Room had a balcony.
