Massimo Plaza Hotel

Fashionable, modern units provided with a good shower, the most wonderful view of The Opera House, as example. Stunning location in the pedestrian area, just next door to the Theatre, the hop on hop off bus stops, and entry to the pedestrian mall area for shopping, all tourist spots, shops, restaurants & bars and the bus stop to/from the Palermo airport. Besides, easy to get to Western Approaches Museum.

Not very clean bathroom.

We were offered superior room complete with an excellent view, all the amenities plus a balcony. The food was fine and the location was exceptional.

The service-minded and delightfully helpful staff was much appreciated. The service we got was efficient.

Its location in Palermo was convenient and ideal, really close to theatre, the many interesting and historic sights that Palermo has to offer and restaurants. The beds were large, rooms good sized and soundproof.

We didn't like that there was menu missing, were a little disappointed.

The hotel was in a handy location so close to the lovely, big Teatro Massimo, all the tourist sites and trains. The staff members were patient and attentive.

The location was great, so close to restaurants offering a plethora of dishes to suit most tastes, the Massimo theater in a central part of town, and sights in Palermo as well as other locations in Sicily. Modern superior queen room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The services were excellent. No complaint, I truly enjoyed the city break.

Everything was really good, personnel was attentive and competent. The location of the hotel was incredible - at a walking distance from an architecturally diverse church. The restaurant was good and its fine dishes are to die for.

We had satisfactory breakfast with fruits or cereals. The venue was in a very central location near all major sights and tons of restaurants nearby as well as historical landmarks. Spent our evenings in nearby il Siciliano enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

It was elegant, spotless and in the bedroom for free. The setting was AMAZING, very close to the pedestrian street, opposite Teatro Massimo, theatre and pedestrian and all major sights and tons of restaurants nearby.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Via Maqueda which is pedestrianised except for service vehicles and right opposite the magnificent Opera House, and historical landmarks in the old city.

The unit we got was immaculate with the bedroom as well as a view of the Piazza.

It was the best of Palermo hotels I visited previously. The staff was nice and courteous, the accommodation was special and clean. The location was marvellous - ease of access to a Baroque square. On top of that, bars and restaurants were close to the property.

Very unhelpful staff!

Our favorite hotel in Palermo, staff was great. Very deluxe property, just next door to the downtown, 10 minutes' walk. Deluxe king room was with satellite TV, heating and a private safe.

The bed was too soft here.

The hotel was quiet, with TERRIFIC staff and location. Our double room had climate control, flat-screen television and a mini bar fridge. Great choice for weekend.
