we lovely spend 5 nights in palermo. double room with a terrace and a balcony was ready when we checked-in. all of the staff was amazing and nice. the location was stunning, close to teatro massimo. moreover, it's near spacious, a supermarket and many delicious cafes and bus line.

I had 6 nights in Palermo, spending the time here lovely. The staff were constantly really helpful. Wake-up service, available in my triple room, was a nice bonus. I really enjoyed that there were a laptop, a seating area and a writing desk.

Location: the hotel was just off well-equipped, and good restaurants. The beds were comfortable and each big room had a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV set. The staff was great and cooperative at all times.
