the staff was very very nice and accommodating from the moment we arrived. the location was great and fantastic for palermo, just off the old town, the centre where there are lots of shops and teatro garibaldi. bar zangaloro meat factory was located 5 minutes walk away.

Everything met standards, I will definitely go back there again. I loved the hotel, its romantic room and outstandingly accommodating staff. The location was magnificent and stunning, nearby a bus station...
