The breakfast with fresh fruits and different kind local pastry, for instance was particularly nice and the people were competent there.

The room was new-fashioned and complete with bathroom as well as the balcony, I had everything needed. This was an excellent and unbeatable location so close to restaurant, the harbour and bus stops also at walking distance. Also, it was next door to Bessborough Gardens and other touristic places.

I didn't want to leave, so 100% recommend this hotel. Truly enjoyed every detail about my great 2 nights stay here. All of the staff was nice and amicable and attentive to guests. City view was pleasant and the location was marvellous, just off a ferry, all the touristy sites and restaurants and the centre. Borgo Vecchio district was worth staying in.

The staff were amicable and absolutely kind, gave us great tips. The room was immaculately clean and silent, breakfast was great! The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were an electric kettle and glassware.

we truly enjoyed being here. the accommodation was deluxe with competent and amiable staff.

I stayed here for a weekend and will be back. Location: the hotel was near to Palermo and Sicily, the monuments and stations, and soo many restaurants within blocks. Street food restaurant Osteria lo Bianco was 300 metres away from the place.

Had beautiful and incredibly comfortable room with soft bed, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were amiable and amicable all the time...
