The location was unbeatable and marvellous, for example, Chiesa di San Mamiliano was at a short distance from the hotel. Its staff were flexible...

it had very central location close to palermo harbour. the employees were incredibly attentive all the time. booked a room in a nice modern style.

The staff were very nice, with extra attention to the details. The location was good, not very far from Piazza Politeama. You could walk to a market and boutiques.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, totally recommend. The location was best possible, right by city center and shopping and the airport shuttle, in a safe area. The food we tried was LOCAL and they have a wide array of meals to choose from.
