Not so helpful staff!

Had a really enjoyable stay for a full weekend and would book again. The hotel was fairly clean with unbeatable location and airy rooms. We enjoyed rooms with a ceiling.

Our family room was nicely furnished, lovely romantic. The team provided an exceptional service. The hotel was lovely little and great old fashioned and in a central location. Also, the area was peaceful.

Everything was great, breakfast was great.

The location of this hotel close to best restaurants and pubs, sightseeing and the center of the city was absolutely perfect and nice. The triple room had basic facilities you need, an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV. I stayed here for 2 days and will come back.

We had a very good bedroom. The beds were comfy, the food was delightful.

The breakfast is sensational served with croissants and bread & croissants, as for instance. It has magnificent location an easy walk to The Lamda Linbury Studio.

Booked guest room, that included central heating, a work desk, and TV. It had a quiet location really close to several nice restaurants as well as Palermo, which is a very interesting city. The stuff was all attentive.

Had excellent location near all atractions, very close to The Grave of a Nazi Dog. The staff were flexible and absolutely courteous and were around whole time. Overall it was nicely furnished, with a detached bathroom.

My double room had modern conveniences, including WiFi and a balcony. Got a sensational breakfast included. The staff were very very helpful and assisted me with private parking. I greatly enjoyed the location in an unbeatable setting easy to get to on the bus from the airport.

Accommodation was big size and charming small with highly courteous and attentive staff in services. The triple room was beautifully designed, included shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets.

The location was magnificent, close to eating district with easy access to a market and a bakery.

Great old fashioned place, helpful staff in services. Delightful food for breakfast. Nicely furnished room with good bed, table & chairs, for instance and excellent breakfast to start the day. Perfect and comfortable location easy to get to on the bus from the airport, clean facilities. Besides, very convenient to Palermo Harbour.

Really enjoyed this romantic accommodation with flexible and efficient staff in services. The hotel's position was excellent and absolutely perfect, right by pedestrian zone and main tourist streets, several nice restaurants and a high class shopping area, and all the main attractions of Palermo.

It is a charming small and really cute property located in Ruggero Settimo district really close to Monreale with the red bus and Palermo for one night.

Well furnished & great value unit with an older decor. Particularly good and magnificent location in domestic area, not far from the center, restaurants/nightlife and all sightseeings. Again, walking distance to a busy and interesting street.

Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was exceptional. I ate at a wonderful restaurant for breakfast. The views of the piazza were marvellous and the staff members were very helpful. The hotel had a perfect location, about 15 minutes' walk from the city centre.

We spent 27 nights in guest room with balcony views, a refrigerator plus great decor. The location was magnificent, just a pleasant stroll away from an archaeological museum. A market and a bakery were right next door.

The location of the hotel was central, so close to 2 mid-priced restaurants nearby called Locale, the island and all the main attractions of Palermo. Plus, it had easy access to Church of the Holy Cross. The triple room we stayed in were great value for money with a beautiful view.

I was there for 2 nights and will come back. It was a romantic place, had flexible and attentive staff in services. Enjoyed the location, it was perfect and incredible right by Palermo for two days, the main sights, and a lovely square. Meals were amazing, and there was Florio Stk Bar near the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this traditional hotel. We came to Palermo for a short stay, everything was excellant. The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of Golden. The restaurant here was good for breakfast.

If your plans include visiting norman palace, you should stay here. We greatly enjoyed our time here...
