We had a good sized bedroom. Tea and coffee making equipment, refrigerators, and glassware were provided. The location in the centre of the town was marvellous and incredible.

Modern and impeccably clean place with very pleasant and amazingly nice staff. Sensational, lovely breakfasts with jam and fresh orange juice and scramled eggs. Spotlessly clean building, good location near to the Ballaro market and shopping area as well as the old centre of Palermo near the buzzing Ballaro market and 5 minutes walk from the Duomo. Again, not far from The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

It was in a central setting to after a hard day's sightseeing. It was also very close to the Ballaro market and shopping area, a hike and dinner in a quiet mountaintop village and the Via Maqueda and the "four corners " -- which is a pedestrian mall of restaurants, shops and bars.

Attractively furnished and brand-new room with a fantastic decor. Excellent and wonderful location for Palermo, not far from the Palace and the Cathedral as well as the main streets of the old town. Again, walking distance to an architecturally diverse church.

The staff was very pleasant, the room was attractively furnished and large with with twin bathrooms, everything was good.

The suite was good-sized, fashionable, with a clean bathroom. We had garden view.

The location was particularly good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a busy and interesting street. It took us 30 minutes to drive to this fantastic little accommodation from the airport. There were a lounge area and a small fridge in the room, appreciated that.

Nice location, we were a short walk to centre of the city.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The breakfast was delicious and fantastic for what was on offer with scramled eggs, fresh orange juice and ham. Booked a room with fridge.

I want to say thank you for a wonderful experience, would consider staying here again. It is modern venue in an amazing location to the waterfront or central Palermo station, the services it offers are excellent. Exceptional and incredible staff as one would expect.

Rooms were attractively furnished and provided with a comfortable bed and a delicious continental breakfast plus fridge. The location was excellent and wonderful, near old town. There was a great restaurant, a shopping centre and a market next door.

Our experience here was such wonderful. Modern hotel, the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating and the location was amazing easy to do everything. The breakfast was incredible with fresh orange juice as well as scramled eggs, with appetising food.

The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying an interesting area, very close to the charming garden as well as the nearby Ballaro' street market. It was as expected, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay on a first visit.

It has perfect and exceptionally nice location near the rear garden surrounded by nature, and most attractions. The staff is knowledgeable and thoughtful.

A such wonderful way to end my christmas. Units with 5 bathrooms. The most important - incredible and fab location to the waterfront or central Palermo station. Near all the highlights of the old town, especially the market, historic sights and a very good restaurant called Fondaco del Conte.

The service was exceptional, just like I expected. Could use their free parking. The setting was quite convenient within easy reach of a cathedral church...

The hotel's position was particularly good and fantastic, so close to Palermo for one night and the Via Maqueda and the "four corners" which is a pedestrian mall of restaurants, shops and bars. And its not very far from Al Vicolo, ate there once or twice.
