The breakfast deal was varied with very good coffee, fruits, cheeses.

We enjoyed the central location and how overall clean the place was kept. Standard triple room with a mini bar, an amazing view plus floors underneath down the hillside was ready when we arrived.

It was immaculately clean, I would return here. Had very nice stay that warrants another visit and the weather was wonderful!

Clean and wonderful property with varied American breakfasts and welcoming staff. Huge and spotless room, a hair dryer, a bidet, and bath sheets in the room. The views over the pool. The location stunning and wonderful down the hillside.

Spotless and quaint place, has splendid views of town. The employees are affable. It's good-sized with newly renovated bathrooms. The breakfast is rich, and the location is fab close enough to independently run restaurant and the motorways both east and west and over the hill to Montreale.

We were there for 6 days, everything was good, truly enjoyed its easy location adjacent to bus stop in Baida, Palermo itself, and independently run restaurant. All in all a really nice stay, the venue met what was needed.

This room was huge with a lovely view of mountains overlooking city and sea.

Views of town were lovely, the room was spotlessly clean and retro. The hotel's location was marvellous and fab about 30-40 minutes by car from Palermo center. It was also near the city of Palermo, the hill above Palermo and bus stop in Baida.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at indoor restaurant for dinner.

Reasonably priced and modern place with very convenient facilities.

The staff is attentive here, the services are very good, and location is easy really close to the hill above Palermo as well as the shop down the square. Make sure you stay in the standard triple room with spectacular views and bathtub plus the shower.

I didn't want to leave and would return there. The breakfast was rich with a lot of reasonably priced fruit and breads.

I had the standard queen room which was great-sized and air conditioned. The location was amazing and stunning in the mountains overlooking Palermo. Plus, it was right by excellent local restaurant 500 m away, public transport and the bars.

Everything was well-maintained, the wifi was good. The stuff was amiable and accommodating when we had questions. The hotel's location was wonderful and beautiful to bus stop in Baida. It was also so close to a mountain overlooking Palermo, and the sea, the mountains and the city of Palermo.

Had a really nice stay for 2 nights on the end of a weeks Italy trip. Standard queen room with beautiful views of palermo accommodated us perfectly.

Modern city property with very friendly efficient staff especially in the Restaurant service. Brilliant dishes, central location in terms of public transport or walking. Based just next door to the restaurant on both nights, the customer facing areas, and the motorways👍❤🙂

I had a really nice experience here, everything was wonderful, the location was stunning short walk to the motorways both east, the supermarket and a quiet suburb above the city. The standard triple room I stayed in was a nice size with a view.

Make sure to get standard queen room with nice view and a balcony plus bidet. The breakfast includes appetising food like fruit and breads. The location is stunning and impressive, 5 km from an a tiny volcanic island. When I am in Palermo, I like staying here.

Easy location and overall the stuff was polite. Besides, it was close enough to the centre of Palermo, the restaurant and the airport. Private bathrooms, that included a bidet.

I ate at a good restaurant with very decent food and very good value for money. The location was peaceful and panoramic for first time visitors to Palermo. Found in the very nice area, the hotel offered reasonable prices.

By and large, it was quaint and comfy place with attentive staff especially in the Restaurant service. We didn't mind paying extra gbp 4 per day for parking. This accommodation had a central setting in Palermo.

We loved this staying. The rooms were air-conditioned, there was a good bed. The location turned out to be marvellous and impressive. The hotel itself was in a safe area.

This was my PERFECT 10/10 stay that warrants another visit. I loved the place, it was clean & the staff were amicable and efficient. I had access to private parking, lovely pool.

We appreciated the GREAT view. Rooms open to a terrace. Moreover, the hotel had a private parking. Every time in Palermo we stay in this venue.
