The location is magnificent, it's in Ruggero Settimo district very close to a palace with large rooms and excellent breakfast, shops & dining and restaurants.

Stylish hotel overall, is has good service and wonderful location to the tourist centre. The building is beautiful old and the rooms are brand-new and nicely furnished with chandeliers and nice sheets plus terrace.

Everything met expectation, had a very good stay on our vacation. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice and the staff were patient. Beautiful restaurant served local specialities.

The location was magnificent and the beach was near the hotel. It was set in a central area. We had a nice large bedroom. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was extensive and marvellous with pastry and sweet and good options.

Our room was luxurious and huge, available with an old movie, the huge chandeliers, a very nice terrace. The staff was kind - we will be back.

Had very nice stay on our vacation and the weather was glorious. We liked that the room was brand-new and well furnished with the floors the bedrooms are on, the amazing breakfast and tasteful decorations. The location was particularly good and excellent and the private parking was around the hotel. The venue was in a downtown area.

Relaxing, clean, spacious hotel, the location is good in about 5 minutes from the port. The staff are friendly, managed the parking around the venue. The breakfast variety is extensive with bread available, cream plus fruit, exceptional service.

Perfect location in the center, good for visiting Palermo. And just next door to restaurants, shopping, and must-see attractions, the city centre and shopping areas.

The service at this classic old hotel was very good! The location was ideal, relatively close to a Catholic church. You could walk to a market and shops.

Very nice experience, the hotel is stylish with excellent location in walking distance to the tourist centre. The staff are friendly and affable and really care about the guests. The rooms are brand-new with 2 twin beds, everything is modern. The customer service is excellent, they offer shuttle from and to the airport. Besides, there's a car park around the venue.

The room was brand-new with a very nice terrace, and the breakfast was extensive and amazing. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, amicable and helped me with a carpark.

One of the advantages - recently refurbished and luxurious rooms; they included shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet. The location was unbeatable and brilliant - ease of access to a busy and interesting street.

All in all, it was comfortable place for traveling to Palermo. Breakfast was excellent and there was a wide range of food to choose from. Besides, parking is nearby...

We really loved our stay. Great food and staff. There's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like Al Cancelletto Verde, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

the hotel is a short walk to ballaro market and via roma. you won't be disappointed if you stay in ruggero settimo district.
