The place was fairly clean with a gorgeous design and extremely friendly and excellent staff. The room was tastefully decorated and practical in general, with a balcony. An electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware were an advantage.

The room with a balcony. I had a coffee maker, refrigerators, and glassware. The location was great and fantastic for exploring this historic area, just off Palermo- centrally located, close to many walkable restaurants and attractions and concerts. Found a place called Carlo V, set a few steps away from the hotel, ate there a few times.

The staff were exceptionally nice, and we could use concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge.

The double room is updated and has a balcony, big windows, and Wi-Fi. The location is fantastic and amazing, near to the main attractions. All in all they offer excellent service. Please let the very polite and welcoming staff know of our gratefulness for a memorable stay.

Amazing location around 10-15 minutes walk from a venerable palace. Updated room and nice bathroom with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and perfect for us. The staff were lovely, exceptional services. The location was great and fantastic, close enough to a nearby restaurant, and the old centre, in a historic area. Albergaria district was worth staying in. We didn't want to say goodbye and would stay there again.

Amazing location near sightseeing and restaurants, shops, restaurants and all the liveliness that Palermo has to offer and the main sites of interest, and amazing service. Also, in Palermo's historical center. Updated and modern rooms with private bathrooms and an electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware. Gorgeous design, exceptionally comfortable beds.

Exceptional service was provided. The double room was modest with view to sip wine, brand new bathrooms, as for instance and the location was marvellous and incredible. It was a truly memorable stay in the heart of Palermo.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and absolutely fabulous and placed in a chic-style building. The location was marvellous, for example, a cathedral church was just a short stroll away from the property. And the area was historic, close enough to all major attractions and Palermo and Sicily. No complaints whatsoever, really enjoyed my awesome stay and will be returning here soon.

Plus, the location is excellent and amazing, minutes from a monumental fountain. It is in a pedestrian area.

We were travelling to Palermo for exploring the city. The location was stunning, quite a walk from an important street. The hotel created a quiet environment.
