Newly decorated & large room with a good walk in shower and shower. Stunning incredible location, within walking distance of most attractions.

I had a brand-new room to stay, it was complete with TV, the excellent soundproof windows and a fridge.

It is a pleasant hotel with good staff.

The rooms were extremely pleasant and brand-new, especially those with the bathroom, an inner terrace and fruit. Central location of this old-fashioned hotel was a bonus.

The standard room is delightful with free WiFi, a balcony, multiple amenities.

I ate at a very nice restaurant with a lovely view. The bed was comfy, extremely friendly staff with there excellent and friendly manner.

Stylish, fairly clean hotel with recently renovated rooms and wonderfully friendly staff. A nice little area, particularly good location close to the center of the old town, near points of interest, the restaurants, and the relative close Hop-on-hop-off bus stop.

Friendly efficient staff, functional rooms with access to huge terrace, free Wi-Fi. The staff was willing to help with any questions. We were offered a very good service.

Stunning, magnificent location in Palermo, near historic center, the tourist sights, which are reachable by walking, and the city centre. Welcoming, exceptional staff, with there excellent and friendly manner.

The suite is silent and generous-sized. The breakfast itself is tasteful and the food is outstanding! All in all they offer good service.

Greatly enjoyed that the hotel was stylish and had excellent staff with there excellent and friendly manner. I found the venue's location particularly good and unbeatable, close to all the main sights including the Cathedral, Capella Palantina and the Teatro Massimo, the real Palermo, and more excellent restaurants and the most amazing sights-Quattro Canti, the Cathedral, Fontana Pretoria, Palazzo dei Normanni and Cappella Palatina. Visited a medieval church, located relatively close to the venue.

View was awesome, breakfast was reasonably good, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room was absolutely great, spacious bathroom. The staff was willing to help and good.

Pleasant hotel with kind staff and reasonably good breakfasts included. Unbeatable location for Palermo, next to the Center of Town, the Quattro Canti, San Cataldo, and La Martorana and all the museums. Situated only 1 km from Piazza Castelnuovo. Decorated room, exceptionally comfortable bed and good size bathroom.

Fairly clean and the stuff was amazingly nice and incredibly kind. There where good sized rooms with marble floors and a great view of the Quatro Canti. Loved the tasteful and wonderful breakfast with so many offerings. The location was very central, incredible very close to Cathedral & Theatre. We could n't recommend more this hotel, spent here glorious 3 nights.

The property's location was marvellous and brilliant, very close to Cathedral & Theatre & plenty of places to have a meal. Also, we were able to visit seven streets, that was 4 km from the hotel.

The daily service was great. All in all we loved newly renovated and generous sized room with balcony, huge terrace, a nice bathroom. We only stayed 3 nights, nonetheless the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for us.

The rooms were stylish and newly renovated, had a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel had excellent location not far from all the historical sites and the centre. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the venue.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was delightful and terrific with your own personal garden. It was in the very central location in a restricted pedestrian zone which requires special arrangements to get to. In general the service was exceptional. The staff was willing to help and gladly accommodated all my requests.

It was as expected, had a really good stay of one night long. Warm and delicious breakfast on the roof top, we liked it. We got a standard double room which was elegant. The location was stunning and brilliant - ease of access to Lidl.

Marvellous location for our visit to Massimo Theater within a close distance from the hotel. Found in a historic area short walk to all the shops bars and restaurants.

The location was top, near a cathedral and a palace. There were restaurants and bars near the place. The restaurant was good, I ordered delicious dishes.

Super rude staff!

Refined hotel, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was neat and I appreciated the elegant-style building. The location was incredible and top for walking around Massimo Theater. The venue was a good choice for enjoying an excellent area.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The hotel is peaceful and comfy, has exceptional staff with there excellent and friendly manner. The venue is placed in a very central position right in the center.

Its rooms are perfect with a pretty terrace, balconies, for example for a really great stay.

the setting was quite incredible within easy reach of massimo theater. liked staying at the standard triple room.

We totally recommend & would happily go back again. Moreover, we parked our car on site. Monte di Pietà district is worth seeing.

the location was unique and private parking was on-site. being a few steps away from ristorante primi piatti was nice, we had dinner there.
