Neat place with efficient staff members and street views. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Good sized beds, unbeatable and nice location very close to the centre. And close enough to an establishment as well as train station and bus depot.

Really helpful and efficient hotel employees all round. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk available in the suite. Plenty of food at the breakfast, including fruit juice and croissants.

The entire staff were extremely accommodating. It was very close to an establishment carrying three stars, marvellous location overall.

The location offered was prime not far from Central Station and long distance bus station, the Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio and the Ballaro market, and the centre. Fast food restaurant Il Chioschetto was located 5 minutes walk away. Overall it was well-equipped with a balcony. I loved that there were a safe box, a mini bar, and a sofa bed.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

It was spotless, luxurious and with good quiet air con. The location was perfect and incredible, for example, Market Ballaro was at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Their staff were awful.

I was given suite with an electronic key card, a work desk and multi-channel TV. The location was excellent, not too far away from Market Ballaro. There was a very nice restaurant at a medium distance from the hotel.

Thank you for the fairly nice stay during the nights. The units are luxurious, huge with a balcony. The staff are outstandingly accommodating and extremely accommodating, and the host too.

Strategic location near to railway, the city centre and the historical center, I felt safe. The atmosphere created was QUIET. The rooms they have were tastefully decorated and spotless with a smell of dust as well as a balcony.

The stay here was really nice during the nights. The room was large with good quiet air con when I arrived. I thoroughly enjoyed a nice style. It had good and excellent location just next door to the Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio, and the restaurants.
