All in all everything was great, had a such great stay for business trip. The restaurant was nice and served wonderful food.

Nothing to complain about, I definitely coming here again, it is good value.

Courteous staff, recently refurbished, functional rooms with an oldish feel. Had very good an electric kettle, a personal safe, and climate control.

Unbeatable and nice location for visiting restaurants and bars. Functional double room with chairs like an outisde kiosk, nice balcony plus fresh towels.

The rooms are modern and functional and they have an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe. The price is just right - £ 85. The hotel is in a great and absolutely perfect location very close to the city center.

As for me, the area was really loud.

The quadruple room we stayed in where spacious and silent with standard ibis style. The stuff was kind and polite, everything was good. The location was great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Massimo Theater.

I stayed in double room, with a balcony, fresh towels, as example, and it was good value. An electric kettle and fridges were an advantage.

The units are modern with decent aircon. This place is in a marvellous location to work or sight-seeing in Palermo. A good base for our trip, would stay here again.

All the rooms are extremely spacious and silent with standard ibis style and the staff are kind. The venue has great setting in Ruggero Settimo district adjacent to restaurants, the shopping district, and the train station. Distance to a restaurant takes 100 metres.

Booked a room with decent aircon. Having a bidet, a shower cap, and bath sheets was a bonus. The location was central, near to Close to good shops, Teatro Massimo and all a lot of good restaurants, and Waterfront.

Every time in Palermo, I choose this place. Tbh, the hotel is pretty average, even so it has incredible views. The units are soundproof, newly remodelled.

Their breakfast is poor, can be much better.

Ideal hotel, especially helpful and attentive staff, absolutely perfect location in city center. Functional and great-sized room available with the ash tray, the minibar, for instance.

The double room I got was complete with four single beds and fresh towels. I found the hotel's location unbeatable and nice, just off major shopping street and Hop-on/Hop-off bus stop, all a lot of good restaurants and centre.

Enjoyed my great stay for business trip. The location in a nice area was great and there were the main shopping centre and a shopping street nearby. Easy access to Falcone-Borsellino airport, which was about 27 minutes' drive away. Quadruple room was soundproof with breakfast, good value.

Some people working there were a little slow.

Think that this high quality hotel is beyond compare, loved it. All the rooms are soundproof and the staff is consistently courteous. The location is incredible, 2 km from a historical quarter.

We were in a marvellous and pleasant location relatively near an archaeological museum. The hotel was in a fairly quiet area.

A personal safe, a kettle and climate control available in the triple room. A bath in the bathroom. Unbeatable and prime location in centre and good area. Nearby La Nicchia Enoteca - great place to chill out.

The hotel is overall clean, nestled in the very very good building with attentive and useful stuff. The location is unbeatable for exploring Palermo. The restaurant is good, serves wonderful dishes. Would recommend and would stay here again: D

Everything was fine, had a perfectly pleasant stay for business trip. The hotel was located in the middle of the city. Besides, it was next to the famous theater, and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the service and location and exceptional prices. The free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top. 30 minutes drive to the airport.
