The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a crowded area, so close to the Palatine Chapel, the centre of Palermo and Teatro Massimo and shops. The staff was incredibly kind, amazing with every request. The location of the property was marvellous and unbeatable - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Palazzo dei Normanni. Had a really great time.

My room was actually not very big.

We were upgraded to brand-new double room with an outside bathroom. The location was unbeatable, close enough to Palermo near the city center, the main attractions and also good restaurants nearby and good transport connections and easily accessible.

It was in an absolutely perfect and magnificent location with Massimo Theater nearby.

Everything was great, including knowledgeable staff and excellent location very close to the centre of town. Overall it was good sized with an outside bathroom.

It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station. My room was both airy and good-sized with private bath and very comfortable beds.

We think it's a comfortable base for staying in Palermo. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. The continental breakfast had lots of food.
