The location was wonderful as for me, next to major bus station, a very short walk from the airport bus drop off, and the historical center. I've been here for 4 nights, the breakfast was overall excellent with bio products.

everything was perfect, exceptional service, unbeatable location very close to shopping street and the old center, the most interesting sights in palermo and the main pedestrian streets and shopping street. the staff were very friendly and check-in was easy. i stayed in brand-new and well-appointed room with a nice balcony with table, tea, as example as expected.

Location: the hotel was close enough to the main pedestrian streets and shopping street, shopping street and the old center, and Teatro Massimo and Teatro Politeama. Dinner and breakfast food was excellent!
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
