the room was perfect with views, and the breakfast was savoury and tasty. the location was marvellous, and we could reach massimo theater by walking.

This hotel met standards in every way, would recommend. Spent 4 nights here with my mom, had a great stay overall. Really enjoyed the way my impeccably clean and perfect king room with balcony was. The location was great for walking around Massimo Theater.

The location was excellent and perfect for Palermo, near main tourist attractions, the centre of historic Palermo, and a nice pedestrian area around. The breakfast available was rich with home-made sweets.

We appreciated to be here, its staff and location. Right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Very clean rooms complete with a heating system, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area. The owner upon arrival was friendly.
