Totally recommend it as we had a really good experience here. The staff was superfriendly, helpful, and responded promptly to requests. The location was unbeatable, close to Palazzo dei Normanni.

Had large room with balcony, and I couldn't ask for more. Location: the hotel was really close to the harbour, the main shopping street and nightlife and theatres...

The staff was PLEASANT, the room was bright and spotless with sofa. The location was great: a main shopping street and shopping streets were within walking distance. Set really close to a bus station, which helped to explore Palermo.
