Absolutely great place, exceptionally comfortable beds, amicable staff. A wide array of fresh food for meals. The most important - marvellous and perfect location in the old Centro of Palermo. Near the sea and major museums.

Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The hotel is on a great and fantastic location not far from major museums and galleries as well as the beautiful Orto Botanico in the historical centre of Palermo. The units are beautiful, elegant off with sofa.

Had a such great stay with my kids, we spent 2 nights here, everything was great. The staff was amiable and best, as well as host. This hotel was set in a central area close enough to the centre, and lovely restaurants and coffee shops. And it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cacio & Pepe, ate there once or twice. The restaurant had freshly cooked food.

It's elegant with excellent bathrooms. The hotel has marvellous location in Palermo.

I had the double room which was clean in master bedroom.

The triple room is huge and has central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Private bathroom is fine👍

I stayed in this incredibly beautiful hotel for 7 days, had wonderful experience, thoroughly enjoyed its excellant location close to the beautiful Orto Botanico and the port, beach and walking around the city.

The location was magnificent, in the heart of Palermo! Further, it was right by lovely restaurants and coffee shops, the botanical gardens which are beautiful and a boulevard with free parking. The staff were attentive and best!

the staff were amiable, the location was unbeatable. everything was great and within 30 minutes' drive of falcone-borsellino airport.

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a peaceful area, next to center. Loved our rooms with a touch of romance. A hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets were a plus. The venue's position was central.

Thanks for the stay in this place - would come here again. We think it's an excellent base for staying in Palermo. The bedrooms are large. Its location is best possible & incredible, close enough to Palermo, the harbour and 3 excellent different Bakery.

We booked a superior triple room and enjoyed it. Had central location near the marina.
