Had a very pleasant stay by The Popes visit. The staff were amiable and very responsive, they helped with breakfast. The location was quiet and optimal, close to the old town of Palermo and all the sights, markets, tour buses and good restaurants and easily accessible. Monte di Pieta district was worth exploring.

It had ideal and quiet location within walking distance of an archaeological museum. The staff were excellent and the rooms were beautifully designed.

The staff are welcoming and accommodating as well as the host.

No reason to complain, the venue met required needs. The hotel was nice, I greatly enjoyed it, especially garden view. The staff were accommodating, exceptionally nice, would come here again.

Very central location of this opera hotel was a bonus. I got stylish and new-fashioned room, it was included with lovely breakfast and spacious shower plus balcony.

There was a lot of food for breakfast, including pastries and fruit. Our double room was equipped with spacious shower and lovely breakfast included plus balcony. We didn't want to say goodbye and would come here again.

The rooms turned out to be good-sized and nicely furnished with spacious shower. It was in a perfect and exceptionally nice location not too far from a monumental fountain. The staff were helpful and excellent and knew their area.

The rooms where stylish and reasonably large. The bed was comfy and the stuff were excellent and affable. The location was perfect and quiet, within walking distance of a 17th-century church.

Tbh, Wi-Fi signal was very weak and the bathroom was very small.

We loved it and would recommend the place. Everything was perfect, magnificent location right by sites, restaurants, main streets, the airport bus stop and good restaurants, enjoyable experience.

We loved this opera hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating all the time. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including pastries and fresh fruit. The location was ideal, and we could reach a monumental fountain by walking...

Hard to think of anything.

The hotel was located adjacent to the main streets of Palermo, and the major attractions. The staff helped us and were incredibly nice and excellent. The location was central, ideal nice to have an open outlook onto a park. In a hurry we visited La Majolica nearby.

Rooms were very basic.
