The staff and the owner were all amiable and good. The property's location was convenient, in the center. Further, it was close to the key sights, restaurant, and all the monument in the city. This hotel met requirements in every way, totally recommend.

the staff was friendly, nothing to complain about. unbeatable central location just off the shopping street, bars and restaurant as well as the historical centre of palermo. we liked the breakfast.

Had beautiful, comfy room with a good bed and seperate shower. An electric kettle, refrigerators and a washing machine were a big plus. The location was great, the staff was good. The area had plenty of bars and restaurants.
