The property was fairly clean and staff was amicable. The location was marvellous, relatively near a landmark 1500s fountain. Besides, we were just next door to Palermo on foot, and a friendly restaurant for supper.

Everything was great, including AMICABLE staff and unbeatable location in the heart of Palermo. Location: the hotel was close enough to a friendly restaurant, major sights and bars, restaurants and all the major cultural attractions. Found Risto Bar Due Palme with perfect drinks 300 metres away. The breakfast was very very good and had a wide range of food.

The room with city views was a nice size and well-appointed and had a work desk, multi-channel TV and a dining area. The location was incredible for walking around Massimo Theater. The genuinely helpful and amiable staff members provided a few recommendations...

Great location next to main sites, a pedestrian area and transport, bars and cafes were walking distance to the hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was friendly😃

liked the room, it was spotlessly clean and well-appointed with nice balcony. the location turned out to be magnificent and unbeatable, right by a pedestrian area and the historic centre.
