The room was cool and lovely, had private bathroom. I could use a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The location was incredible in the heart of palermo and the staff here was exceptionally nice and kind. Moreover, it was really close to all the main attraction of Palermo as well as the train station for day trips as well as the train station.

My room was amazing and nice. Stayed for 3 nights, the staff was attentive during all this time. I truly enjoyed the stay and will be back.

The hotel is great, beds are exceptionally comfortable, bathroom is beautiful. The staff is very attentive and accommodates all of guests' needs. The double room overlooks city and includes coffee/tea making equipment and glassware. It is beautiful and a bidet is provided. This venue has excellent and good location in the old quarter. For sure we will be back.

Unique and clean room, shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the room. Hypoallergenic pillows, big bed. Good location near to the sea front as well as taxi to airport, taxi to the beach, trip to a vineyard one day too and helpful staff.
