we had a well decorated and fashionable room with fairly clean bathroom, that's big plus. need to add that street view was a good bonus. it had central location close to teatro massimo.

I was happy with hotel's great location in Palermo centre. Location: the property was so close to all attractions Palermo has to offer, Teatro Massimo, one of the oldest opera houses in Italy, and the historic center: D

The staff were really kind and affable, as I could only expect. Triple room I stayed at was beautifully decorated and well-equipped with private bathroom.

The bed was hard, that's sad thing.
