The really accommodating and exceptionally nice staff working throughout the hotel. Comfy and cosy rooms with a mini-fridge-bar, climate control and an individual safe. Excellent breakfast, a wide range of meals.

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Palermo, had much fun. The room was great value and immaculately clean and complete with view of sail boats as well as a bathtub, I had everything needed. Some of the staff members were amiable.

The location was amazing and fantastic for Palermo, short walk to bars and restaurants, buses and the centre of Palermo. And it was just a short walk away from Rivugghio Allo Scalino, ate there couple of times.

this hotel is equal to 3 stars. adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. beds are comfy. besides, there was private parking.
