Everything was excellent, with affable and outstandingly accommodating staff, met expectations. Last time I stopped, had well-appointed and reasonably large room with air con. Everywhere there was clean.

Everything there was perfect and the staff were helpful and best. It was updated, large and with air con. Location: the hotel was just off a taxi, the centre of Palermo, and all shops.

Everything was perfect, the wifi was excellent. I appreciated having 1 queen-size bed in the room, that was well-appointed and brand-new too. An air conditioning, an iron, and a work desk were a bonus.

Everything was spotless, kind staff, brilliant location adjacent to all shops and restaurants, the Via Della Liberta, and the city centre. Coffee, pastries, and fruit were available.
