Overall it was newly furnished and well-designed, with a private bathroom. The bedrooms were large, featuring street view. Thanks to the helpful staff everything was perfect, including a great selection of appetising food.

Everything was very good, had a really nice stay for one night. We got a room with a bath. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

Amiable and helpful staff and management. The breakfast with freshly baked pastries.

Overall had excellent stay for one night. My suite with bedroom was newly furnished.

Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

The location was excellent, next to the historic city center as well as Mondello beach. The food was local, I enjoyed fresh fruit and pastries for breakfast.

The staff were good and amicable, everything was good. This was a marvellous location not far from the historical centre as well as the railway station. Also, the hotel was set relatively near Market Ballaro.

Thanks everyone for a REALLY NICE stay for one night. The hotel's location was particularly good, just off the markets, the best sightseeing spots and main attractions in Palermo. Btw, it was at a walking distance from a venerable palace.

The room with absolut great quality. The staff were very careful and helpful! The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from a Catholic church.

There were an electric kettle, a fridge and glassware upon arrival. The staff were very careful and wonderful and the location was stunning in the center of Palermo.

Wanted to explore Palermo and this hotel was amazing base for doing it. The staff were amiable all the time of my stay. The location was magnificent - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Took me 10 minutes to get to train station.

The food was delicious and the location was excellent. The accommodation was really close to a railway station. I enjoyed how brand-new and air-conditioned the room was.
